Press Release - Cemgraft invests again
Due to the ever-increasing volume of successful bids, Cemgraft Electronic Manufacturing has invested again in more capital equipment to ensure it maintains its on-time delivery performance.
Having established 4 Juki SMT production lines over recent years with the capacity for over 60,000 placements per hour, Cemgraft has added a fifth production line in the form of the Juki KE-2060 - the latest in a generation of ultra-flexible placement systems.
The KE-2060 system is capable of placing components from 0201 chips up to 74mm square QFPs, SD memory sockets or very fine pitch CSPs and compliments the current production lines, increasing capacity by a further 12,500 placements per hour.
Scott Holland, Managing Director, said " our continued investment is a sign of our commitment to our customers and our confidence in the future. With the rapid changes in technology and the increases in level of business we are seeing, I am sure 2004 will exceed our forecast and help us to establish ourselves even more strongly within the market place".
