At Cemgraft we recognise that we owe our continued success to the dedicated and committed workforce who make it all possible – they are our most valued assets. Without their enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a team and with a high degree of expertise, we would not be the principle supplier to many blue chip companies.

We invest continually in training and development of our team, using external experts and in-house training programmes to ensure we keep at the forefront of the changes in our highly technical world. As a matter of course all our manufacturing staff are trained to the IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
