Process Control, SPC.
Using our unique ERP computer system, developed only for EMS providers,
we can control all the manufacturing with the use of accurate
production scheduling, allowing for Kanban supply as well as JIT
and standard build to order processing. Our ability to operate efficiently
ensures that our customers’ inventories
are minimised and delivery performance is maximised.
